Millicentsyarns.com is not your typical online ordering shop. Because inventory prices and levels can fluctuate, we have elected not to include prices on the site. We don't want you to be a faceless customer. Because Millicent's is known for the quality of its service, we want to open a dialogue with you just as if you were to step into our shop. payment and shipping

Payment can be made in shop or over the phone using MasterCard, Visa, or Discover credit card. Please email or call 1-301-722-8100 for information on prices and availability of product.

We will package your order the same day and get it in the mail by the morning of the next business day. Orders over $25 are insured so that we can track your package until it arrives at your front door.

We can special order a new color or yarn at your request, however, you are obligated to buy whole bags.

 

Our Policies

Yarn returns are easy at Millicent’s.  Yarn that is unwound, with full yardage, and an intact label can be returned for store credit.  Our computer system will keep track of your purchases and your credit – no need to keep receipts! 

Damaged yarn cannot be returned to Millicent’s.  Yarns that smell of cigarette smoke, grease, perfume or other strong orders cannot be accepted for return.  It is always best to keep your new yarn in sealed bags.

Needles can be returned for exchange within 24 hours.  Otherwise we ask that you keep all needles that you use – and who doesn’t need two or three needles of the same size anyway!

We honor intellectual property laws.  Please do not ask us to copy any patterns.  Patterns and books purchased at Millicent’s may not be returned for the same reason.
